In accordance with the School Board’s contract with M.M. Parrish Construction Company for Construction Management at Risk services dated May 18, 2006 for Charles E. Bennett Elementary School Classroom Replacement, M. M. Parrish Construction Company is to prepare and present to the School Board the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Construction Phase I (Building 16) at Charles E. Bennett Elementary School Classroom Replacement.

This project is funded with PECO funds. The project has been value engineered and designed with input from District staff, the Construction Manager and the Architect/Engineering team.  Final Plans and Specifications have been approved. 

The GMP submitted for the Construction Phase I (Building 16) at Charles E. Bennett Elementary School Classroom Replacement is $3,606,375.00.

Approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price and Amendment 2 to the Agreement with the Construction Manager at Risk for the Construction Phase I (Building 16) at Charles E. Bennett Elementary School Classroom Replacement.
